Please review our City Rules and Regulations before booking your Open Play reservation. Advance reservations are highly recommended, as we cannot accept walk-ins once the City has reached capacity.

Play by the rules:
- All parents and caregivers must remain onsite during the full duration of the Play session. We are not a drop-off venue.
- Kindness is the key to a happy City! Show kindness and respect to those around you.
- No food or beverage is allowed in the City or Park play areas. Please keep all snacks and drinks at the tables or seating areas.
- Party celebrations are not allowed outside of our private party rooms. Please no cakes, cupcakes, ice cream, or presents at the café tables or Open Play area.
- Keep shoes on at all times!
- Be sure to complete your Waiver in advance to make check-in a breeze.

What is the age range for My Size City?
Our City is geared to children from toddler age through elementary school. There is no minimum or maximum age if the child can respect the space and those playing around them.

Do adults need to pay admission?
One Adult admission (age 15+) is included with each Child Admission. Additional adults over the 1:1 ratio are $7 per person.

Do I have to pay for my non-walking infant?
If you wish to bring only your infant, the admission is $12, including 1 adult.

Do you offer Gift Cards for My Size City?
Yes! Gift Cards can be purchased online (E-Card) or in-person at our venue (physical Gift Card). To purchase online, please utilize the link at the top of our page.

Do you offer a Monthly Membership?
YES! We offer 3 Month Seasonal Memberships that include unlimited Open Play for the 3 months of your Membership, plus discounted Member rates for our Special Events. Visit our PLAY page for more information.

Can I run next door to shop while my child plays?
No. All caregivers must remain onsite during the full duration of the Play
session. -
Is your space ADA compliant?
Our City is fully accessible to those in wheelchairs and other assistive devices. Our playhouses have doorways that are large enough to accommodate wheelchairs, and our Theater has a ramp that allows all children access to the stage. All other play and event areas are floor level.

Will you offer times or special events for those with sensory sensitivity?
We plan to offer monthly sensory- friendly open play sessions, to accommodate those on the spectrum. We want all children to be able to enjoy our City.
Party Q&A

How long do we have the private party room for?
You will have your private party room for the entire 2 hour duration of your party.

When can I arrive to setup?
You will have access to your private party room 30 minutes prior to the start of the event. Upon your arrival, your Party Host will be ready to assist you with all your setup needs.

How long can we stay after the party?
You and your guests will have 15 minutes after the conclusion of the party to vacate the venue. Due to incoming parties, we cannot offer extensions on party times.

If I book a Character Appearance, what can I expect?
My Size City is partnered with amazing businesses that bring your child's favorite characters to life! Upon booking a Character Appearance, we will reach out to discuss your character selection, and ensure availability for your selected party date. On the day of the party, your selected character will arrive at the arranged time for their 30 minute visit. Please note: All Character Appearances will take place inside your private party room. Characters will be unable to join children out on the main play floor, unless you have booked a private Block Party event.

Can I celebrate my child's birthday during Open Play out at the cafe tables?
No. All party celebrations must take place in a booked party room for the consideration of all guests in the play space. While we allow small packaged snacks and pizza on our play floor, we do not allow cake, cupcakes, tables pushed together with tablecloths, balloons, gift opening, or food trays outside the private party rooms.

Can we bring additional food and beverage if we book The Uptown or The Big City?
Yes! You are always welcome to bring additional food and drinks, even if you have selected a party package that includes food & beverage. My Size City is an alcohol-free facility (with the exception of a private Block Party event.)

Can we bring alcohol for our adult guests?
No. Alcoholic beverages of any kind are not permitted on the My Size City premises, with the exception of a private Block Party event with the BYOB fee.

Can I bring an ice cream cake?
Yes! We have a freezer to store your cake while you and your guests celebrate, and your Party Host will bring it out when its cake time.

Can I hang decorations on the wall?
Yes, however we require specific methods of hanging to protect the integrity of our walls. Your Party Host will assist with hanging your decorations using removable mounting tape. We do not allow regular tape, command strips, push pins, or nails on our walls.

Is there a limit on the number of adults I can invite?
We do not limit the number of adults, within reason. When creating your guest list, keep in mind that our party rooms are designed to accommodate up to 20 or 30 children, depending on the room. The more adults who attend, the more crowded the room can become. We always invite attending adults to utilize the seating in the main play space as well.
