You will have your private party room for the entire 2 hour duration of your party.
You will have access to your private party room 15 minutes prior to the start of the party. Due to the nature of setup and cleanup, we cannot guarantee your party room will be available sooner. Upon your arrival, your exclusive party host will be ready to assist you with all your setup needs.
No. All party celebrations must take place in a booked party room. While we allow small packaged snacks on our play floor, we do not allow cake, cupcakes, or food trays outside the private party rooms.
Yes! However, we do not permit open flames or sternos for hot food, and My Size City is an alcohol-free facility (with the exception of a full-buyout Block Party event.)
Yes! We have a freezer to store your cake while you and your guests celebrate, and your exclusive party host can bring it out when its cake time.
Yes, however we require specific methods of hanging to protect the integrity of our walls. Your exclusive party host will assist with hanging your decorations using removable mounting tape. We do not allow regular tape, push pins, or nails on our walls.
Waivers must be completed for all guests attending the party.
Non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking. ($100 for Downtown DIY and $150 for The Uptown or The Big City)
